DESCRIPCIÓN
Polycarbonate lenses, formerly known as polycarbonate lenses, are professional-grade, lightweight, wear-resistant, impact-resistant, and high-light-transmittance polyester lenses. Their excellent characteristics make them widely used in the aerospace industry, which is why they are also called "space film." PC lenses are very lightweight, with a specific gravity of only 1.5g/cm³, comparable to the density of water. Their low refractive index results in very high relative light transmittance, and their hardness reaches level 2H-4 of the international impact resistance standard, 10-12 times higher than ordinary resin lenses and 60 times higher than glass lenses. PC lenses are generally considered bulletproof glass, offering UV protection and no yellowing for 3-5 years (common resin yellows within a few months). They are also 37% lighter than ordinary resin lenses.
