A baffle inside the sandbag keeps it low-profile and ensures the weight is evenly distributed, while internal boards provide rigidity and reinforcement. A break along the center line allows the sandbag to curve and conform to your body, making it more ergonomic and comfortable, even during the toughest workouts.
