H20 plates can be frozen, so you can unleash your full potential even on the hottest days. They feature a wide fill opening with a sliding seal, making adding water quick and easy. Internal baffles prevent annoying splashing. Matching the size of a medium SAPI plate, the H20 Weight Plate fits standard plate racks, adding 10 pounds total.
